You can find us at Scf-81 in Sector-24C. We've been in this part of Sector-24 for a long time. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. Most of the time, the shop is filled with the smell of spices and the sound of big pans clanking together. We handle catering for all sorts of gatherings, from small family things to larger stuff. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just us, the cooks, and the guys who help move the stuff. We’ve seen a lot of families grow up around here. Sometimes we recognize the kids at a party that we catered for when they were babies. The shop at Scf-81 is where we plan the menus and store the plates. It’s a bit crowded at times, especially when a big order comes in. We try to keep things simple. We don't use any of those modern apps for managing everything; a pen and a paper usually do the trick for us. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess. The mornings start early with the vegetable delivery. We pick out what looks good and start the prep. It’s a long day, and our backs often ache by the end of it, but we’ve been doing it so long we don’t know any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
