You can find us in the Bhagwati Complex, specifically at U-5, right near Mahalaxmi 5 Road in the Paldi area. Being in a commercial complex like this means there is always something going on nearby. We handle both the engineering side and the trading part of the business, which keeps us on our toes. Our office is a bit of a mix between a technical space and a place where we talk about prices over the phone. There are catalogues piled up on the desks and samples of different parts scattered around. Since we are in the Jain Merchant area, there are a lot of other traders around, and we often run into them at the local food stalls. It is a good place to be based. We spend a lot of our time looking for specific components for people and making sure the parts are actually what they need. It isn't a very large office, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples arriving at once. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to find the right equipment for a price that makes sense and get it to the people who are waiting for it. It is mostly about getting to know the suppliers and the customers who have been coming to us for years. It is a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
