We operate out of House No 1661 in Sector 22 B. Innovative Group Conference & Event Solutions Pvt Ltd is a long name for a small group of people who just like to get things organized. We spend most of our time thinking about conferences and how to make them run without any hiccups. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and places. Sector 22 B is a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Our office at House No 1661 is pretty modest. We have our computers and a table where we sit and talk through the week’s schedule. We don’t really go for all the big marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. If a plan is too complicated, we say so. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know what usually works and what doesn’t. Sometimes the days are really long and we are still there late at night checking lists. It’s just what the job requires. We like being in this part of town. It feels like a real community. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job for the people who ask for our help. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we manage. Most of our best ideas happen while we are just sitting around eating lunch.
