Ing Life Insurance

We are the team over at Ing Life Insurance, located at 166-67 Sector 9. It is a decent-sized office but we try to keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed for everyone who walks through the door. Insurance can be a bit confusing for folks, so we spend a lot of time just sitting down and explaining things in plain words. We don't use much of that technical talk that you find in the big manuals. Our desks are usually covered in files and stacks of forms because there is always something that needs to be filed or checked. Sector 9 is a good spot for us, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while and know the ropes. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it is important work and we take it seriously enough. Some days are quiet and we just catch up on emails, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We aren't some giant corporate headquarters with glass walls. We are just a local office where you can come in, sit down, and talk to a real person about your paperwork. We hope people feel comfortable when they visit us here in the sector.
