We set up our office at A-21 in M.S. Enclave. It's right in Dhakoli, not far from the Dhakoli Gurudwara. Being in Zirakpur means we see a lot of construction happening all the time. We work as infra developers, which mostly means we handle building projects and land stuff. We go into Chandigarh quite a bit for work too. It’s a small team here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do solid work on the projects we take on. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, or materials don't show up on time, but that's just how this business goes. We've been in the 140603 area for a bit now. People around the Enclave know us. We deal with a lot of different aspects of development, from the initial planning to seeing things actually get built. It's a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers. We prefer to keep things straightforward. If someone asks about a plot or a building, we just tell them how it is. No fancy talk or corporate polished brochures. Our office is easy to find if you're near the Dhakoli Gurudwara. We stay pretty busy with local projects and some stuff across the border in Chandigarh. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see a project finally finished after months of staring at blueprints and dirt. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever needs doing next.
