Indian Catering

We've been at Shop-1539 in Sector-38W for a while now. Most people around the D M Colony know where we are. It’s just a regular spot where we handle the cooking and the food for different events. Nothing too fancy, just the work we do every day. Sometimes it gets really busy, especially during the wedding season, and the shop feels a bit small for everything we have going on. We pack up the utensils, the big pots, and the stoves and head out to wherever the party is. It's a lot of heavy lifting. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the shop in Sector-38. We don't really do much advertising. It’s mostly just us getting the menu sorted and making sure there’s enough for everyone who shows up. My brother helps with the deliveries sometimes. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. The weather can be a bit of a problem when we are cooking outdoors, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, we are right there near the colony. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs food for a hundred people, we figure out how much dal and rice we need and just get to work. It’s tiring, but it's what we know. We aren't a big office with people in suits, just a kitchen and some busy hands.
