Icon Events & Promoters

We are located at 1001 in Sector 43, Chandigarh. It is a quiet enough spot in the B block, but inside the office, things are usually moving fast. We do a lot of promotion work and event management across the city. Most of our time goes into coordinating with temporary staff and making sure the setups at different venues are done right. Chandigarh is a planned city, which makes moving equipment a bit easier than other places, but there are still plenty of rules to follow. Our team spends a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits. We have been in this sector for a bit now, so we know the local markets and where to find what we need. It is not always glamorous work. There is a lot of lifting, carrying banners, and standing around at malls or public spaces to make sure everything goes as planned for our clients. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find out about Icon Events & Promoters through word of mouth or by seeing us working at an event in Sector 43. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any small details. It’s a lot of coordination, paperwork, and sometimes dealing with unexpected rain or power cuts. We just handle whatever comes up and keep the projects moving along through the day.
