Hridyam Developers Private Limited is based at Plot Number 44 in the Industrial Area Phase 1 of Chandigarh. Being in the industrial area means it gets pretty loud and busy around here during the day. There are trucks moving and people working all over the place. Our office is right in the middle of that action. We handle development projects, which means we are often looking at sites or talking to builders. It’s a practical location because a lot of our suppliers are just down the road. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and models. It’s more about the actual work happening on the ground. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different plots checking on progress. The office itself is just a place to keep the files and have a seat when the sun is too hot. We’ve been in Phase 1 for some time and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It’s a tough business sometimes, dealing with permits and delays, but we just stay at it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just one that does the job right. Most of the guys here have been working in construction for a long time. We know the local streets and the local rules. It’s just what we do every day to keep things moving along for our projects.
