HOMESHAW BUILDERS & PROMOTERS LLP is based out of House No. 2083 in Sector 15. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential part of Chandigarh, but it works for us. We’ve turned part of the house into an office where we handle all our building and promotion work. This setup feels more personal, and we don’t have the stress of a crowded industrial zone. Sector 15 is a nice, established part of the city, and being at 160015 helps us stay connected to the local community. We’ve been doing this for several years now. Most of our time is split between the desk here and the various sites we are looking after. Construction is a lot of work, and there is always some paperwork to finish or a site visit to make. Being a huge corporation with hundreds of staff isn't what we are. It’s a small operation where everyone knows what needs to be done. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when multiple projects are going at once, but we always find our way through the pile of drawings. Chandigarh is a unique place for builders because of the strict rules, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything is correct. Slogans and big promises aren't our thing. We just go to work, do the building, and come home. That’s how we’ve always operated in Sector 15. It is just basic work for regular people.
