Himalayan Earth Developers Private Limited operates out of Shop No. 17 in the New Grain Market area of Sector 20. Being near the grain market means there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door from very early in the morning. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for contractors to find. The office is just a simple shop space where we handle the administrative side of our development work. We don’t have a lot of space for anything extra, so every corner is filled with something useful. Himalayan Earth Developers Private Limited is really about the day-to-day grind of construction and development. Some days we are stuck inside dealing with permits, and other days we are out in the dust at a site. Sector 20 is a busy hub, and we’ve grown used to the pace of the market around us. There are times when the market gets so crowded it’s hard to even get to the door, but that’s just part of the local flavor. We aren’t trying to be a huge corporation; we just like doing our work and seeing things get built. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us talking about materials or trying to solve a problem with a project timeline. It’s not always pretty, and things get messy on a construction site, but we just keep at it until the job is done. Shop No. 17 is our home base for all of it.
