Havi Build Estate Llp

We are Havi Build Estate Llp, and you can find us at Sco 9 in Sector 7. This office has been our home for a while now. We deal with real estate and building matters, which basically means a lot of talking to clients and checking on local property laws. Sector 7 is a busy part of town, so there is always a bit of noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. Our setup is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. We don't see the point in spending a lot on fancy furniture when the work happens in the field or on the phone anyway. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. We handle the paperwork for estates and make sure everything is in order for the projects we are involved in. It can be tedious at times, but it is what we do. People come and go throughout the day, asking questions or dropping off documents. We try to be helpful without making things overly complicated. The office isn't particularly large, but it suits us just fine for the kind of work we handle. We’ve grown fond of this spot in Sco 9 because it is easy for everyone to reach. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in the property sector without making a big deal out of it.
