Group M

Our office is based in Chandigarh, up in the Haryana region. Working here is quite different from working in the busier parts of the country because the city itself is so organized and planned. Our workspace, however, is a bit more chaotic than the streets outside. We handle a lot of media work for Group M, which means there are always a lot of spreadsheets and schedules to look at. We have a regular office with several rows of desks and plenty of computer monitors. It is not a flashy place with modern art or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done, like comfortable chairs and good lighting. The winters here in Chandigarh can get really cold, so we usually have a few small heaters tucked under the desks to stay warm. During the summer, we just keep the blinds closed and the air conditioning running full blast. We are a group of people who have been in this industry for a long time, so we don't really feel the need to act corporate or polished. We just come in, do our work, and talk about our families or the local cricket scores during our breaks. It is a very normal, everyday environment where we focus on the tasks we have been given for the day.
