GOLDEN PROMOTIONS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Booth No. 752 on the ground floor in Shivalik Enclaves. This part of Manimajra, specifically the NAC area, is always buzzing with people. Our office is a small booth, so it’s pretty cozy when more than three people are inside. We have some posters on the walls and a desk that’s usually covered in property listings and notes. It’s a humble setup but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for a new place or trying to sell one. Manimajra has its own character and we’ve become part of the furniture around here. You might hear the traffic from the main road while we’re talking, but you get used to it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in expensive clothes. It’s just us trying to make things happen in the local real estate market. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the news, but other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. We know the streets of Shivalik Enclaves like the back of our hands. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just poke their heads in and say hello. We don’t mind. It’s nice to be part of a community where everyone knows who you are and where to find you. We just keep things honest and simple.
