You can find us at SCO 3 on Talki Road, right by Novelty Chowk on the first floor. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming through the windows. Being contractors means we are rarely all in the office at the same time. Most of us are out at different sites, checking on how the walls are going up or if the plumbing is being installed correctly. The office is where we handle the bills and talk to clients who stop by. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just take on jobs, hire the right people to do them, and try to make sure everything stays within the budget. It doesn't always go according to plan, unfortunately. Sometimes the price of steel goes up or a subcontractor doesn't show up, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just the reality of the contracting business. We’ve been around this area for a bit, so we know the local suppliers and where to get the best bricks. We keep our talk simple and our prices as fair as we can manage. Near the Cut and Curves Gym, it gets pretty crowded with cars, so getting in and out can be a chore. It’s not a glamorous life, spending all day in the sun and then coming back to a desk full of paperwork, but it’s what we know. We just focus on finishing one job before we worry too much about the next one. Anyway, that's us.
