Gbp Buildcom Private Limited is located in Sector 34-A at Sco 196-197. Sector 34 is a pretty major hub in Chandigarh, so it’s easy for people to find us. We have a couple of units there where we handle all our construction and building commerce activities. It’s a busy office. We usually have people coming in to ask about project updates or to sign paperwork. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the building projects we have going on at any given time. The office is often filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of materials. It can get a bit cluttered, but that’s just how a real building office looks. We’ve been part of the 160022 area for a while now. We know the local regulations and the people at the municipal offices quite well. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been in the trade forever and some younger folks who are good with the computers. We don't have a PR person to write our story. We are just local builders who decided to incorporate. Some days things go perfectly, and other days we’re dealing with rain delays or supply issues. That’s just the nature of buildcom work.
