G S Caterer

We are G S Caterer, located up on the first floor of SCO-4 in Sector 24C. Being on the first floor means people have to look up to find us, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the way. It’s a bit of a climb with heavy crates sometimes, but we manage. We handle a lot of local events and gatherings around Sector-24. The kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs. It’s mostly stainless steel and big burners. We started this because we knew how to cook for large groups without making a mess of it. There are days when the whole floor smells like onions and spices, which I guess is better than most office smells. We have a small team, mostly family and a few guys who have been with us for years. We don't have a marketing department. If you want to talk to us, you just come up the stairs and shout for someone. We've done weddings, small house parties, and even just simple lunch boxes for offices nearby. Every day is a bit different. One day we are prepping for a hundred people, the next it’s just small stuff. We keep the place clean and the food moving. That’s about all there is to it. We’re just a local business trying to do a decent job in Sec-24C and we like it here.
