The office for Frigus Event Management Pvt.Ltd is located at Sco-148-149 in Sector 34A. If you know Chandigarh, you know Sector 34 is always packed with people and cars. We have been working out of this space for some time now. Managing events sounds like it might be all fun, but it is actually a lot of paperwork and making sure the tiny details don't get lost. Our team spends most of the day coordinating with vendors and checking schedules. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to shout questions across the room to each other. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things from this office. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the building. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a group of us trying to make sure things get done right for whoever hires us. We stay late quite often when a big date is approaching. Usually, we are just grabbing a quick lunch from one of the nearby stalls and getting back to the lists on our desks. It is steady work and we like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by.
