Started this in Mohali at Abhishek Market 952 because there was a lot of empty space here at the time. We spend most days on the phone with tent people and florists who don't always show up exactly when they say they will. It is definitely not like the movies you see. Usually, we are just sweating in the heat making sure the generator doesn't stop working during the main ceremony. The office is small but it works for us and our small team. We sit around the table with families who are stressed about the guest list or the food menu. Sometimes there is way too much tea and not enough sleep involved in a single week. We know the local shops around here pretty well by now. If someone needs extra flowers last minute, we just run down the street and grab them. It is a lot of running around, honestly. Most people think it is glamorous work but it is mostly just moving heavy chairs and checking light bulbs one by one. We have been in this spot for a while now. The market gets very crowded on weekends which makes it hard to park, but we like the energy. It feels like we are actually part of the neighborhood. We just try to get things done so the family can actually enjoy the day. Sometimes things go wrong, like a fuse blows, and we just fix it. That is just how it goes here.
