We are over at House Number 108 in Sector 45A, which is where Entwick Buildwell Private Limited operates from. It is a regular house in a regular street, nothing fancy to see from the outside. Inside, we have our desks set up and we spend our time working on building plans and construction schedules. Being in Sector 45A means we are close to the heart of Chandigarh, which makes it easy to get to different sites. We don't use much in the way of big corporate language because we are just a small team trying to get things built. A lot of our day is spent talking to workers and making sure we have enough material for the next stage of a project. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that is part of the process. We started this because we liked the idea of building things that actually last. It’s not about having a big name; it’s about the work. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the site visits all from this one spot. The neighbors know us, and we try to keep things quiet so we don't bother anyone. It’s a simple way to run a business. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. That is pretty much our story here in the neighborhood. We stay busy.
