Enigma Travels & Tours

You will find us on the 2nd floor of Sco-1130-31 in Sector-22B. It’s a busy part of Sector-22, and our office is usually full of the sound of keyboards clicking and printers running. Enigma Travels & Tours isn't a huge place, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up flight schedules. The walls have a few old posters and there are stacks of visa forms and passports tucked away in the drawers. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens, trying to find connections that actually work for people. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with airlines or other agents. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait it out, which can be frustrating when someone is in a hurry. We keep a pot of tea going for the staff because the days can get long. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at their desk. There is usually a bit of a mess with papers and travel guides, but we manage to stay organized enough to get the tickets issued. We handle the paperwork that most people don't want to deal with themselves. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the street outside, mostly involving checking dates and double-checking names on documents to avoid any mistakes later on.
