Dua Confectioners

Dua Confectioners is located at Booth 5 in Sector 27d. It is a very tiny space, so we have to be extremely careful about how we use the room we have. Most of the booth is taken up by our cooking equipment and the small counter where we serve customers. We make all our sweets and snacks right here in small batches. This means everything is usually quite fresh, but it also means we can't produce huge amounts at once. During the summers, it gets very hot inside the booth because of the stoves, so we spend a lot of time standing near the small window to get some air. We have been in Sector 27 for a long time and the locals know exactly where to find us. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. People just walk up to the booth and ask for what they want. My hands are usually covered in flour or syrup by the afternoon. We don't have space for chairs, so people just grab their food in a paper bag and move on. It is a very basic way of doing business, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the recipes right and keeping the booth clean. It is hard work being in such a small space all day, but we are used to the routine by now.
