We are located up on the first floor of SCO 175 in Sector 39D. If you’ve ever been to this part of Chandigarh, you know it’s a mix of homes and small offices like ours. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings and the nuts and bolts of infratech work. It’s not the kind of job you can do from a desk all day, so someone is always out visiting a site or checking on a shipment. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but we’re used to it by now. We deal with a lot of different people, from government officials to local contractors, and it takes a lot of patience to get everyone on the same page. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we just chip away at it day by day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a handful of us trying to make sure the projects stay on track. Things go wrong sometimes—permits take too long or the rain ruins a day of work—but that’s just part of the deal. We like the practical side of things, seeing a project actually take shape in the real world. Sector 39D is a quiet place to work from when we need to think, though it gets busy during the afternoon rush. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing. It's a bit of a grind, but seeing a finished structure is worth it.
