Motia Group

Zirakpur is a busy place, and being on the Ambala-Chandigarh Road means we see a lot of traffic passing by our doors every single day. At Motia Group, we spend most of our time dealing with the usual things that come with building houses and managing property. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of dust from the road and plenty of paperwork that piles up on the desks. We usually start the morning with a cup of tea while looking over the latest site reports. The guys come in and out with mud on their shoes, and the phone rings more than we’d sometimes like. People stop in because they saw our sign while driving toward Chandigarh. We talk to them about what they need, show them some maps, and try to figure out if we have something that fits. It’s just how things go here. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and the office AC struggles a bit, but we keep at it. We’ve seen this road change from almost nothing to a crowded highway. It's interesting to see new shops and buildings going up all around us. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just doing our jobs and making sure the projects get finished eventually. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to tidy up the files or chat about local news. That's the reality of working in real estate in this part of town.
