Defence Catering

Defence Catering is over at Dsoi in Sec-36C, Sector-36. Being located within the DSOI building gives the place a very specific kind of atmosphere. It’s a bit more disciplined and quiet than your average market SCO. Sector-36 is a nice part of Chandigarh, with a lot of trees and a bit more breathing room. We spend our days handling the requirements for the club and the people who visit. The office we have here is simple. It’s got everything we need to keep the records straight and manage the staff. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. Our time is focused on the task at hand. The building has a lot of history to it, and you can feel that when you walk through the halls. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. Most of the people we see are regulars who we’ve known for years. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. Busy times come and go, especially on weekends or during special events at the DSOI. The kitchen area is always a hive of activity during those hours. When things calm down, we just sit back and get ready for the next day. It’s a steady kind of life here in Sector-36. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up, do the work, and keep the kitchen running for the members.
