We are located at 1315 Silver Tone Society in Sector 48 B. Being in a society like Silver Tone means there is always something going on around us. People walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we sit in the office trying to get things sorted. DC HOUSING PARK LLP isn't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a practical setup where we handle the day-to-day operations. Sector 48 is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually prefer because it’s less noisy. The office is basically where we keep all our files and meet whenever there's something to discuss. We have lived and worked in Chandigarh for a long time, so we know how the housing market here fluctuates. Sometimes we spend hours just talking about local developments over lunch. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with clients and keeping track of various housing projects. We try to keep things simple and honest here. The parking can be a bit tight in the society during the evenings, but during the day it’s alright. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a decent place to be based and the local parks are good for a quick walk.
