Constron Projects Private Limited

We run things from House No 1130 in Sector 15B. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet until we start moving equipment around. We handle various construction projects and have been doing so for quite a while. The office is really just a couple of rooms filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of paper. We aren't corporate types who wear suits every day; you’re more likely to see us in jeans and boots. Managing projects is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We spend hours on the phone with suppliers and site supervisors. It’s not always easy to keep everything running smoothly. There are days when it feels like we are just putting out fires, but that’s the nature of building things. We value being straightforward with people. If there’s a delay, we just say so. We don't try to hide behind fancy language or excuses. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before and know we’ll just get on with it. Sector 15B is a nice place to be based, even if parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks, making sure the materials are on-site and the workers know what they’re doing. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s served us well so far and we don't see any reason to change it. I guess we just like the hands-on approach more than sitting in a boardroom.
