We have our main setup at Scf-128 in Phase-3B2, Mohali. Since we are right here, we also end up doing a lot of work over in Chandigarh. It is a good location because it is central to the Sas Nagar area. Our daily routine involves a lot of manpower management. We have people coming in and out of the office all day, looking for assignments or turning in their reports. It is a service business, so it really comes down to how well we can organize our staff across different locations. We don't have a polished corporate environment. The office is functional and busy, often with several conversations happening at once. Managing services means we are always on call. If there is a problem at a site in the middle of the night, someone has to deal with it. We have been operating in the Mohali and Chandigarh region for a long time, so we are familiar with the local layout and the needs of the businesses here. It isn't always easy work, and there are plenty of days when things don't go exactly as planned, but we just fix the mistakes and move on. We don't make big promises, we just try to provide the staff that people ask for and make sure they show up on time. It is a straightforward operation run by people who know the area well.
