If you know Ambala City, you know how packed Sarafa Bazar can get. We are located at 6617/4, right there in the Kalal Mohalla area. It’s an old part of the city, and the buildings have that lived-in look that you only get with time. Our office is part of the Cello Group, and we handle a lot of the distribution and paperwork from this spot. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s a practical space where we keep track of orders and talk to dealers. There’s always someone coming in or going out with a delivery slip. We have stacks of files and boxes everywhere, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high. That’s just how it is here. Ambala is a major hub, and being in Sarafa Bazar means we are right in the thick of the trade. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know most of the shopkeepers around the block. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure the trucks are on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the rain makes the street a bit muddy, but the work doesn't stop. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people know who we are because we’ve been in the same spot for so long. It’s a noisy, busy place, but it’s our place, and we get the job done without much complaining.
