CCC ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for CCC Estates Private Limited is located at the Chandigarh City Centre on VIP Road. We are on the first floor of Block B, in Unit No 38A and 39. VIP Road is usually full of life, so there is always some noise and movement outside. We have a couple of office units that we use to keep everything organized. It’s a pretty standard setup with desks and files. We do not have a lot of expensive decorations or corporate art on the walls. It’s just a place to get the work done. Being in a commercial hub like the City Centre means we are surrounded by other businesses, which is nice. Most of our time is spent on estate matters and managing the paperwork for various projects. We do not go in for big marketing speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them how things are. CCC Estates Private Limited has been in this spot for a bit. It is easy for people to find us since most locals know where VIP Road is. We are not a big, cold corporation. It is just a few of us here every day, making sure things are moving along. The first floor of Block B is our home base, and it works well for what we need. We like the energy of the area and the fact that we are right in the thick of it.
