Big Showz Event Managers is over in Sector 4, right by the New Cloth Market in Sarangpur 181. Being near the cloth market means there’s always a lot of activity around us, which can be noisy but it keeps things interesting. We’ve been at this address for some time, and it’s a good spot for us because we’re close to a lot of the materials we might need for event backdrops or decorations. Most of our work involves sitting down with people and figuring out the practical side of their event ideas. We spend a lot of time looking at calendars and making sure we haven't booked two things at the exact same time. It’s not always easy keeping everything straight, especially when you have to deal with different vendors who all have their own schedules. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who need help organizing something. We focus on the basics like making sure the venue is ready on time and that the equipment we’ve rented actually works. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people in Sarangpur can rely on to get things done. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights when an event is actually happening, but that’s the nature of the work. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward with whatever is next.
