Bharat Pandey

My name is Bharat Pandey and I run my business out of 215/1 Manimajra. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big offices you see downtown. I’ve lived and worked in Manimajra for a long time, so this place feels like home to me. The address 215/1 is just a small part of a larger neighborhood, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s no lobby or receptionist waiting to greet you; it’s usually just me or one of the guys working in the back. We do things a bit differently here, not really following a strict corporate handbook. If someone needs something, we just see how we can help them out. The desk is usually covered in papers and my coffee mug is always somewhere nearby. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising because word of mouth has always been enough for us. People know where we are and what we do. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road construction nearby, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. I like the independence of having my own shop. It means I can talk to people like human beings instead of following a script. We aren't perfect, and we might take a bit longer on some days, but we always finish what we start. It’s just the way I was taught to do things.
