Bhai Bhai Foods

If you head over to the Industrial Area, Phase-2, you can find us at 805. That’s where Bhai Bhai Foods operates from. It’s a big gray building like many others in this part of the city. We don’t have any bright lights or big fancy displays outside. Most people just know us by the name on the door. Inside, there is always something going on with the food. We do a lot of prep work every morning. The staff comes in early, usually around seven, to get the machines warmed up and the ingredients sorted out. It’s a practical setup, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for what we need. We chose this spot in Phase-2 because it’s easier for the delivery trucks to get in and out, though the roads can be a bit bumpy around here. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat or ask what we are making that day. We try to stay busy and not get distracted too much. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the temperatures are just right. We aren’t a big corporation or anything. It’s just a few of us making sure the work gets done and the orders go out on time. It gets tiring by the end of the week, but we always show up on Monday to do it all over again. That's just how the days go for us here.
