Bansal Sweets

We've been at Sco 55 in Sector 26 for quite a bit now. Madhya Marg is always noisy with traffic, but inside here it just smells like sugar and frying ghee most mornings. I get here early to check on the milk delivery and make sure the counters are wiped down. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just the usual sweets you'd expect in this part of town. Sometimes the rush is a bit much, especially when there's a festival coming up and everyone wants their boxes packed at the same time. My staff has been with me for a few years, and we just try to get the orders right. It's not always perfect, sometimes we run out of something popular by the afternoon and have to tell people to wait for the next batch. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. People from the nearby offices come in for a quick snack during their breaks. We keep the fans running because it gets hot with all the cooking going on in the back. It’s a lot of work standing on your feet all day, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. If you're driving past on the main road, you can usually spot us. We just keep our heads down and keep making the batches as they're needed. We also handle some catering if a neighbor asks.
