Bansal Plastic

Down in Manimajra, we have been running Bansal Plastic for a long time. It’s a busy area and our shop is usually piled high with all kinds of things. You’ll find buckets, containers, and those big plastic crates everyone uses for storage. It isn't the kind of place where things are displayed on velvet cushions. We have stuff stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. When people come in, they are usually looking for something specific for their kitchen or their own small business. We deal with a lot of local folks who just need a sturdy bin or some packaging materials. The floor is concrete and there’s always a bit of dust because of all the movement of goods. We don’t have a fancy website or a big office. It’s just us handling the stock and making sure people get what they came for. My hands are usually busy moving boxes around or checking the inventory that came in on the truck this morning. Manimajra has a lot of energy, and we fit right in with the noise and the grit of the marketplace. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to reorganize the back of the shop. But mostly, it’s just constant work and answering questions about sizes and colors. We know the regulars by name and they know we won’t give them something that’s going to crack the first time they use it. It's just honest plastic goods for everyday use in the neighborhood. We keep it simple here.
