BANSAL ARCADES LLP runs out of H.No. 2112 in Sector 15C. It’s a residential area, so it feels very grounded and local. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings. Instead, we work from this house where things are a bit more relaxed. Sector 15 is one of the older, more established parts of Chandigarh, and we like the vibe here. It’s close to the university, so there are always students around and the local markets are always buzzing with activity. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the office work. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery for the neighbors, but that’s part of being in a house. We handle a lot of property and arcade-related management from here. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on sites across the city. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and formal meetings. It’s more about sitting around a table and figuring out the best way to move forward with a project. There are trees outside the window and it’s usually quiet enough to think most afternoons. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know who we are. It’s a practical way to run things without the overhead of a big commercial space. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized amidst the constant flow of paperwork.
