You can find Balvir Singh’s operation over at 243/1 Manimajra. We are situated in Radhika Estate, which is part of the Naryan Textile area. It is right opposite the Vishnu Petrol Pump on the T M Char Rasta Road in Amraiwadi. It is a busy industrial kind of spot. There is always a lot of movement with trucks coming in and out because of the textile businesses nearby. It gets dusty and loud but that is the nature of this area. We have been here quite some time and have seen the road change a lot. Having the petrol pump right across from us makes it easy to give directions. People just look for the Vishnu pump and they find us. The office itself is pretty basic. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy working. It is a practical environment. The air smells like machinery and fabric most days. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. It is a honest living and we just take each day as it comes. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets blocked, but we just manage. That is how things go in Amraiwadi. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on what is in front of us every day. It’s just the way we do things.
