We've been over here at Scf42 Madhya Marg on Hosa Road for quite a while now. Most days it is just us sitting at the desks handling the local insurance stuff. People walk in from the street wanting to talk about their life coverage or just asking how the renewals work. It can get a bit busy on Monday mornings when the coffee is still kicking in. We try to keep the desk tidy but there is always some form or another needing a signature. Living around here makes it easy to just pop in. We know the shortcut through Madhya Marg well. It's not a fancy place, just a regular office where we look at numbers and talk through the different policy options people ask for. Sometimes the rain makes the Hosa Road traffic a mess, but we are usually here regardless. We handle the claims and the premium payments without making a big fuss about it. If you are walking past the shopfront, you probably see us on the phones or typing away. It's just what we do day in and day out. Insurance is one of those things folks don't think about until they need it, so we just stay ready at our spots. The office gets some good light in the afternoons. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’re still right here in the same spot, doing the same paperwork. We just keep track of everything.
