B & S Caterers Sec 28 A

We run B & S Caterers Sec 28 A from H No-103 in Sector 28 A, Chandigarh. Since it is a house address, it feels a bit different from those big commercial kitchens you see in the city. We use a lot of our space for storing supplies and doing the actual cooking. It feels more like a home kitchen but on a much larger scale. There is almost always something bubbling on the stove. We mostly handle smaller gatherings or local lunch deliveries for people working nearby. The driveway often has our delivery scooters parked there ready to go. We have lived and worked in Sector 28 A for many years, so we know most of the people who live on this block. It is a quiet residential area, so we try to keep the noise down when we are loading up the containers early in the morning. Our team is just a few family members and a couple of local helpers. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy reception desk. People usually just walk up to the gate to talk to us. We spend our evenings planning the menus and making sure we have enough spices and grains in the pantry. It gets pretty crowded in the kitchen when we have a big order for a weekend dinner. We just manage the space we have.
