Avayaya Build Estate Llp

Our office is located at Sco 9 in Sector 7, right in the middle of things. Avayaya Build Estate Llp is what we go by, and mostly we deal with the usual stuff you’d expect from a real estate and building firm. There are days when the phone won't stop ringing and other days when it’s just us catching up on old filing. We aren’t really into big speeches or trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. It is a functional room with enough space for the team to sit and work on property deals. Sector 7 is a good area to be in because it’s central, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for visitors. We’ve been operating from this address for a while and have a routine that works for us. Most of the time, we are looking at maps or talking to contractors about various sites. It’s honest work that requires a lot of patience. If you walk into Sco 9, you’ll see we keep it pretty simple. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just want to get the jobs done correctly so we can go home at a reasonable hour. The name Avayaya might sound a bit different to some, but to us, it’s just the name on the door and the letterhead we use every day while we manage these estates.
