Apneesh Kumar

My office is located at 1059 in the Baramati Cooperative Society. It’s right on Madhya Marg, which is always a hive of activity. Being part of the cooperative society means I see my neighbors all the time. It’s a good setup for what I do. I spend most of my hours here at the desk. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so I just take the stairs. It keeps me moving. I handle various tasks for people in the area. It’s not one specific thing every day; it changes depending on who needs help. I’ve got a small window that looks out toward the street. It’s nice to see the world go by while I’m typing or on the phone. People know me as Apneesh. I don’t go for all that formal stuff. I just want to get the work done right. The society has its own rhythm. We all know when the mail comes or when the tea guy walks around. It’s a comfortable place to be. I’ve put a few plants in the corner to make it feel less like just four walls. Most people find me by word of mouth. I don’t have a big neon sign or anything. Just my name and the office number. It works for me.
