Anita Kumari

I am Anita Kumari and you can find me at Sector 38 on the Nanpura Main Road, number 1117. My place is right on the main road, so there is no missing it. It is a very busy area with lots of shops and people walking by at all hours. My shop is small and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what I need. I spend most of my day behind the counter or at my desk in the back. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the street, so I am always wiping things down with a rag. I don't have any employees, so I do everything myself. It can be a lot to handle when several people come in at once. I try to be quick but sometimes there is a wait. I have a small stool where I sit when my feet get tired. The light from the street lamps comes in late at night if I’m still working. I don't have any fancy signs or advertisements. People just see the door and walk in. I’ve been in Sector 38 for a long time and I know most of the other shopkeepers on the block. We look out for each other. It is a simple, honest way to make a living and I don't ask for much more than that. I just do the best I can every day.
