AEROSI INFRAB PRIVATE LIMITED is situated at House No. 163 in the H.I.G. PUDA Colony. This is in Sector 48-C. It’s a residential colony, so the atmosphere is very different from a commercial park. We use the space for our infrastructure and building business. The office is integrated into the house, which makes for a very short commute. It’s a practical setup for us. We have our computers and filing cabinets set up in one part of the building. Sector 48-C is a bit further out from the city center, but it’s a growing area. We like being in a PUDA colony because it’s well-planned and fairly quiet. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on site plans. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery or a neighbor, not a client. We don't mind the casual nature of it. It feels more like a community here than a business district. We keep our overhead low this way, which is just smart business. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site notes. We aren't big on decorations; we just want enough space to do our work. It’s a simple, honest way to run AEROSI INFRAB and it suits our style. We don't spend money on billboards because we just focus on doing the work properly.
