We’ve been operating out of SCO 157 in Sector 37-C for a while now. Most days are pretty busy with people coming in and out, checking on site plans or just dropping off paperwork. Dealing with infrastructure work isn't always smooth, and there are plenty of long days spent looking at drawings or talking to laborers. It gets dusty, and the phone doesn't stop ringing once a project starts moving. We handle the usual stuff like building foundations and making sure the structures actually stay up. Chandigarh is a planned city, so everything has to follow specific rules, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the weather in Sector 37 gets quite hot, and that slows things down on the ground, but we just keep at it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done and keep the records straight. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big table trying to figure out the next steps for a site or waiting for a supply truck that's running late. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something looked at. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather just get the boots on the ground and see the bricks being laid. It's tough work and sometimes we go home feeling pretty worn out, but that's just how the construction business goes around here. We just try to finish what we started without too much fuss. We've seen a lot of changes in the industry, but our way of working stays pretty much the same.
