99 HECTOHOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is over at the Chandigarh City Centre on VIP Road. Specifically, we are in Unit No. 401 on the 4th Floor, in Block D & E. VIP Road is always buzzing with energy and traffic, especially in the evenings. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street level. The office is a decent size, and we’ve got a lot of windows that let in some good light. We do a lot of holding and investment-related work here. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and legal documents. The building itself is quite modern, which is a bit of a change from the older sectors of Chandigarh. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. The lift can be a bit slow during lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We don't have any flashy signs inside the office, just the unit number on the door. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty relaxed. People come in and out all day, so it never feels empty. We’ve been at this VIP Road location for a while now and it’s a good spot for meeting people. It’s not about being the loudest company in the building; we just focus on keeping our records straight and our work moving forward. The view is nice and the office feels like home.
