Vadhera Apartments Private Limited is based at 15, Major Shiv Dev Singh Marg in Civil Lines. It’s a nice enough area, and we’ve been here for a while. We aren't some massive real estate firm. We are just a local company managing apartments. The office at number 15 is where we handle all the day-to-day stuff. It’s usually a bit of a mess with keys and maintenance requests. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything corporate. Civil Lines is a good place to be, but it can get busy. We spend our time making sure the buildings are okay and the tenants are settled. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the job. Vadhera Apartments Private Limited is run by a small group of us. We don't use marketing slogans or try to sound like we are the best. We just try to get things fixed when they break. Dealing with apartments means something is always happening. We are on Major Shiv Dev Singh Marg most days if anyone needs anything. We don't have a big philosophy about what we do. We just manage the properties and keep things moving. Some days are stressful when there’s a leak or a problem, but we deal with it. It’s just a regular business. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to keep the apartments running smoothly at 15 Civil Lines. It's just how we do things.
