3d Constructions is run out of E-15 Kiran Garden in Uttam Nagar. We are a local construction business that’s been around this neighborhood for some time. Our office is basically just a room where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their houses. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, but we like the energy here. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building—repairs, additions, and new builds. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know the trade well. We don't put on airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just builders. Kiran Garden is a nice spot for us because we live nearby too. When we take on a job, we treat it like it’s for a friend. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local streets over the years. More people are moving in and wanting to fix up their places. We stay pretty busy just with the local demand. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you usually just have to call or drop by the house. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a small life, but we like it. Sometimes we have to work on weekends to get things finished, but that's just part of it. We are honest about what we can handle and what we can’t.
