You can find Vaikunth Homes at 2442 Karol Bagh, specifically on Street No 10, up on the first floor. Being in Karol Bagh means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening right outside the window. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of this office. It’s not a huge space, but it works for us. We mostly deal with homes and residential properties. Karol Bagh is a maze of streets, but Street No 10 is where we’ve set up our base. We spend our days talking to people who want to move into the area or those looking to find a new place. It’s a lot of coordination. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. We don’t have a polished corporate look. Our office is full of files and local maps. We just try to get people into the right homes without a lot of drama. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the phone calls, but that’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just one that actually helps the neighbors. We know the landlords and the buildings around here pretty well. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some documents. It’s just how we run things at Vaikunth Homes day after day. It keeps us quite busy.
