Our office is right in the middle of Old Rajendra Nagar in New Delhi. If you know the area, you know how packed it gets with people and shops everywhere. We are located at 39/24, and we took the top floor because it gives us a bit of space away from the street noise. Being Rsk Paradising Developers Pvt. Ltd., we deal with a lot of different things related to building and development, which usually means a lot of phone calls and looking at maps or site plans. The top floor doesn’t always have the best breeze in the summer, but we manage with the fans and keep the work moving. It’s a practical space, nothing fancy or polished. We have our desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and piles of documents that seem to grow every week. Working in Delhi has its challenges, especially with the dust and the heat, but we’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the neighborhood well. People around here know where we are. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just focus on getting the actual work done. Most of our day is spent coordinating things or checking on progress. It’s a straightforward business and we like to keep it that way without adding any extra fluff or complicated systems. It is just the way we like to operate.
