Jagjit Singh Sahni

My name is Jagjit Singh Sahni and I work out of room 421 at Tis Hazari. It’s pretty busy around here most days with people coming in and out of the courts. I’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we can sit and talk through whatever paperwork needs doing. Dealing with the legal system is usually a headache for most folks, so I just try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the hallways get really crowded and loud, but inside it’s a bit quieter. I usually get in early before the rush starts. People stop by for all sorts of reasons, mostly needing help with documents or figuring out where they need to go next in the building. It’s a lot of reading and checking details. I don’t have a big team or anything, just me handling the files and making sure things don't get lost. If you've been to Tis Hazari, you know how it is, just rows of offices and lots of stairs. I prefer staying busy rather than sitting around. We handle what comes our way day by day. It’s just regular work, nothing special, but it keeps the lights on and helps people get their stuff sorted. There's a tea stall near the entrance I usually hit before heading up the stairs. The files can pile up sometimes if I'm not careful. I just keep plugging away until the sun sets.
