Dlf Retail Developers Ltd. is located right in the heart of Karol Bagh at B 12/151, Dev Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know Karol Bagh is one of those places that never really stops moving. It is busy, loud, and full of energy every single day. Our office is tucked into Dev Nagar, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We deal with retail development, so being in such a heavy commercial area actually makes a lot of sense for us. The office is always buzzing with people coming in and out, discussing layouts or lease details. It’s a functional space, nothing too pretty to look at, but it works for what we do. We have shelves lined with folders and a few old desks that have seen better days. The street outside is usually crowded with bikes and delivery vans, which is just life in 110005. We usually have a pot of tea going and the fans are always on to beat the heat. It’s a very unpretentious place to work. We don't bother with fancy suits or corporate talk; we just focus on the reality of the retail spaces we are working on. It’s a lot of phone calls, checking on sites, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a real, hardworking environment that fits the neighborhood perfectly.
